Staff can use this form to book the College buses for an excursion, camp, etc. Please note the following prior to completing your request:
- Morning and afternoon bus runs take priority over excursions.
- Buses must arrive back at school for their afternoon run by 3:00pm.
- Please provide at least six weeks’ notice for bookings.
- Requests will be considered tentative only until your Principal has approved your Consent2Go proposal.
There are four buses available:
- Maxi (57 seats, or 66 K-PP students)
- Midi (57 seats)
- Mini (39 seats)
- Plus (57 seats)
If you need to hire additional buses from another provider, please speak to your Administration Office for the external bus booking form that will also need to be completed. Please contact the Business Office with any other questions about bus bookings.
