Guidelines #
The policy for healthy food and drink choices at Rehoboth Christian College is based on:
- the National Dietary Guidelines for Children & Adolescents in Australia and the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating;
- the whole-College approach which includes canteen workers, Principals, teachers, students and parents/carers
- A “Traffic Light” system for rating the suitability of food and drinks:
- Green: 60% of the menu/food on offer. These foods/drinks should be encouraged and promoted
