Overview #
- The College requires pre-payment of a semester’s fees in advance from families enrolling under international student arrangements. Only then is a Confirmation of Enrolment form (COE) issued. This is needed to apply for a student visa.
- In certain circumstances where a student’s enrolment is interrupted or cancelled, a refund of fees paid may be claimed. This policy sets out the terms for claiming refunds.
Policy Statements #
- A refund will be paid directly to the person who has entered into the contract with the College unless he or she directs the College in writing to pay the refund to someone else. A refund will be paid in Australian dollars unless this is not practical. A refund will be made within four weeks of a refundable transaction.
- This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
- The College’s dispute resolution processes do not affect the student’s right to pursue other legal remedies.
