The College has an arrangement with the Perth Transport Authority (PTA) to issue students with a free SmartRider card which, in the case of Rehoboth, also serves as library card, printer card, and for the Rehoboth bus service.
When a student loses or damages their card and requires a replacement, the PTA requires that the College charge a replacement fee of $5.00 for the new card.
By submitting the form below, you are authorising the PTA to issue your child with a replacement SmartRider and authorising the College to charge your family account the sum of $5.00.
