Opening/Closing Dates #
Our Enrolments Policy requires students to re-enrol for Year 7.
Re-enrolments for Year 7 2027 will open and close:
Open: 8:00am Monday 13 October 2025 (first day of Term 4)
Close: 4:00pm Thursday 2 April 2026 (last day of Term 1)
Re-enrolment Process #
To manage our waitlists effectively, we will require families to confirm their intention to enter Year 7 at Rehoboth by re-enrolling. The re-enrolment process will involve:
- completing a brief enrolment update form
- making an advanced payment of $2,230 for Year 7 Term 1 tuition fees
- a student interview, at the Principal’s discretion.
Please select New enrolment if your student will be new to Rehoboth (including if they have an older sibling already at Rehoboth).
The re-enrolment form and payment must be received by the closing date stated above.
Should forms and payments not be received by the closing date, your child’s place will be offered immediately to waitlisted students.
Payment Options #
Payment options for the advance tuition fees include:
- EFT/bank transfer (details are included on the re-enrolment form)
- In-person cash, cheque, or credit card payments at the Business Office
- Online credit card payment on the re-enrolment form (NB: this payment method will incur an additional online processing fee)
You’ll be able to select your preferred payment method when you complete the re-enrolment form.
Re-enrolment priority for Year 7 will follow the guidelines established in the Enrolments Policy and will include a review of each family’s financial standing. Re-enrolment may be refused if unpaid balances are not cleared, or a payment plan is not in place.
If You Aren't Continuing at Rehoboth #
If you don’t intend your child to enter Year 7 at Rehoboth, please contact our Enrolments Officer as soon as possible. You can also indicate this on the re-enrolment form. Our Enrolments Officer will then follow up with you to confirm the withdrawal.
As per the Enrolments Policy, a notice of withdrawal after the re-enrolment period has closed is considered late notice. In these circumstances, if the advance tuition fee has been paid, it is not refundable, if it has not been paid the equivalent of one term’s fees is payable.
